We are delighted to welcome some extra faces to Evesham Dental Health Team in Worcestershire.
Our Evesham dental and hygiene team recognised that there was an increased demand for hygienist appointments. So Evesham dental hygienist, Charlotte Bolt, has joined us to offer appointments to patients from across Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Gloucestershire on Thursdays and alternate Fridays.
The dental health nursing team has also grown with the addition of two very experienced dental nurses, Carol Lloyd who is qualified in radiography and oral health education, and Hayley Barnes who also has a radiography qualification. Following maternity leave, we have also welcomed back Ana Tout, who gave birth to her second daughter, Victoria, last summer. She joined the team in spring 2016 and has returned on a part-time basis. Ana is qualified in oral health education and is currently studying to become radiography qualified.
And last but not least we are very pleased to announce that our new patient care coordinator, Laura Francis has joined us on a part-time basis to support our existing reception team. Laura overcame her own fear of the dentist to undergo orthodontic treatment. She offers inspiration and encouragement to other nervous patients and she is looking forward to meeting you.
At Evesham Dental Health Team on Broadway Road we invest a great deal in professional development and the whole team is encouraged to enhance their skills and knowledge to ensure our patients are provided with high quality, comprehensive care. It is because of these skills that our dental health nurses can carry out more roles within our practice, such as taking x-rays, impressions, photographs and coordinating treatment.
