The experienced dentists at Evesham Dental Health Team in Worcestershire welcome referrals for a variety of dental procedures.
We are very proud to have built up a dedicated referral service for our professional friends and colleagues across Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Gloucestershire and we respect this privilege by taking our utmost care with their patients.
We accept referrals for:
Endodontic therapy
Oral surgery
The process for referring dentists is very simple. We have detailed online forms for implants, non implant referrals and CT scanning that allow referring dentists to attach any photographs, radiographs or any notes they feel necessary. A copy of this form will then be sent to the email address included. All information is strictly confidential and secure.
Alternatively, referring dentists can print off a PDF version of the form and post it to us at Evesham Dental Health Team, 16 Broadway Road, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 1BG.
Following the care at Evesham Dental Health Team, we will return patients to their own practice for their ongoing dental care.
