Complaints Procedure

We offer the kind of respect, care and treatment we would like to experience ourselves. We receive many lovely comments from patients who are delighted with our service, and who recommend their friends and colleagues to come to us for dental care.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about any aspect of our service so that we have an opportunity to know how to care for you better. Good communication between us is important, so we can meet and hopefully exceed your expectations.

If you have a complaint, please talk to a member of the team. We will listen to your concerns, apologise and make amends if we do not maintain the high standards we set.
