“I attended the dental clinic with some trepidation for my molar extraction. I well remember the last time that I had this procedure, 25 years ago in London, and the prolonged tugging, twisting and grunting battle that ensued before the offending tooth succumbed.
“This time, as Richard peculiarly started to clamp the offending culprit, I was thinking that he must be using a different technique to that in my previous experience. Then Richard said ‘That’s it’, and I assumed that the tugging would commence, so I responded ‘OK I am ready’ – ‘No, no, I mean it is out’ said Richard displaying the delinquent molar between his fingers.
“To say that I was flabbergasted, would be an understatement, the extraction had been quick, painless and less hassle than the annual check-up – absolutely amazing.
